Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or accessing the Stand Out, Book More course. By completing your purchase or accessing course materials, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About the Company

Stand Out, Book More is a course offered by 5-Star Host’r Coach, a DBA of The DeGeorge Team, Inc. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” throughout these Terms refer to 5-Star Host’r Coach / The DeGeorge Team, Inc.

2. Course Access

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to the Stand Out, Book More course materials through our hosting platform, Mastermind.com. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.

This course is designed to help short-term rental hosts elevate their property through interior design and styling strategies that attract more guests and command higher nightly rates. We reserve the right to update, modify, or add to course content at any time. We also reserve the right to discontinue access to the course platform with reasonable notice.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to feel 100% confident in the design direction this course provides. If you complete the first two modules, begin your style specifications, and do not feel this course is the right fit for your property within 7 days of your purchase date, you may request a full refund by contacting us via Email Us.

Refund requests must include:

•           Confirmation that both of the first two modules have been completed

•           Evidence that you have begun your style specifications

Requests submitted after 7 days or without the required proof of participation will not be honored. This policy ensures that every student in the program is as committed to excellence as we are.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your course, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content — including but not limited to videos, written materials, design guides, style specifications, templates, graphics, and other resources — is the exclusive intellectual property of 5-Star Host’r Coach / The DeGeorge Team, Inc. and is protected by copyright law.

You may not:

•           Share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any course materials

•           Upload course content to any third-party platform

•           Use course materials to create competing products or services

•           Share your login credentials with others

Your purchase grants you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Stand Out, Book More course is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and usefulness of the course content, we do not warrant that the information provided will meet your specific needs or produce any particular result, including any specific increase in nightly rates, bookings, or revenue.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5-Star Host’r Coach / The DeGeorge Team, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use this course, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

8. Results Not Guaranteed

The interior design and styling strategies provided in this course are intended for educational purposes. Individual results — including changes in nightly rates, bookings, occupancy, or overall business performance — will vary based on effort, property type and condition, location, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific financial or business outcome.

9. User Conduct

By accessing this course, you agree to use it lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to engage in any conduct that would harm other users, our platform, or the integrity of our content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website. Continued use of the course following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
